Meat Me: Nice place with great meat
I recently went to Meat Me in Kota Kasablanka Mall (Kuningan) and I was happily surprised. I can honestly say their beef and lamb meat is the best I have had in Jakarta so far. The beef steak was very juicy (medium-cooked, which we asked for) and the three different sausages we ordered were very tasty and each unique in its taste. It was a surprisingly good meal in a nice-looking restaurant with good atmosphere and service. I believe this restaurant is a blessing for Western expats who miss a real western-style steak.Free salad, sauce and side dish
One of the good things is that you get a free salad, sauce and side dish when you order meat. We ordered french fries, but other options were also possible, such as baked/mashed potato or mixed veggies. The french fries were just nice and not too salty and I really enjoyed the salad, especially the black olives and dressing. Both merlot and BBQ sauces matched very well with the meat.So, I would definitely recommend Meat Me to every meat lover in Jakarta!
